European Heavyweight title challenger Edmund Gerber say he’ll be British star Dereck Chisora’s therapist when they clash at the Copper Box Arena on Saturday 21st September.
The German has sparked up a war of words with Chisora bringing up the Londoner’s well publicised incidents with the Klitschko brothers in the past and has promised to cure him in the ring with his fists. Chisora upset Gerber when he said he was going to “smash him up”.
“Ever since he slapped Vitali Klitschko and spit water on his brother Wladimir before he fought for the world championship, everybody knew that he has some serious problems with his head,” said Gerber.
“I heard that he had to go to anger management classes but with his latest comments regarding our fight it seems that he still has the attitude of an anti-social man. Maybe I can resocialize him when we fight. I will be glad to serve as his therapist for free – being his fist therapist!”
